Good Hotel Minutes Away From Airport & Mall

Clean hotel located just across the street from the Mall of America and the Minneapolis-St Paul Airport. Be prepared to hear airplane all night. Beds were very firm, which wasn’t ideal for those of us who are side sleepers. Friendly service and clean hotel. Standard breakfast.

Disappointed with Expedia service

We planned to leave our car at the hotel and take a shuttle to the airport for our trip. That was advertised on Expedia. Once at the hotel, they denied us because they said we had to make the reservation through the hotel directly and not Expedia. This was frustrating and cost us about $100. Very disappointed with your service.

I can't believe you have to pay for parking when you stay at the motel. I will no longer stay there because they charge this. I could see if you stayed there and flew somewhere else but left your car there while you were gone.

I booked through hotels.com because it said there was a shuttle to the airport. When I checked in I was informed that because I booked through a third party it would cost an extra $150 for the park and fly, but they didn’t have openings for that, so I still had to drive to the airport myself. Very deceptive the way it’s listed on the app. Plus the hotel itself is older and could use some updating.

Early flight early sleep

I was checked in easily. They told me when the shuttle service was, and when to be out there and I got on the plane with no problems, very nice room. I'm very comfortable.

Great overnight EV Charging

I booked the room specifically because they offered EV charging. Worked out great. Really great stay. Tesla chargers were faster than the j1772. About 2x faster 9.6kW vs 5.5kW.
Very nice EV overnight parking.

Perfectly fine hotel. Nothing fancy but overall a great value. Breakfast was eggs and sausage, fresh fruit, yogurt, juices, milk, breads, cereal and an oatmeal bar that had several topping options! The coffee was better than most hotels as well. The pillows were comfy too. My only complaint was that the bed was too hard, but that's true most hotel beds these days. Side-note, I appreciated that it didn't reek of weed like so many hotels do nowadays.

Place needs an update, booked a room for 5, was given a room for 4. When brought up to front desk was offered a cot for an extra $25. Other option they suggested was that if I didn’t want to pay extra for the cot was to have 3 people share one bed. Their excuse was that the picture only showed 2 beds I should have known 5 couldn’t fit, despite the booking saying it guests. Poor customer service and dated building. Best thing about it was it was located across the steeet from MOA, but so are many other better hotels. Look elsewhere

We were on a late flight coming in from Texas. A group of 14 of us. We called for the free shuttle at 10:45 and was told the driver was done for the night, when the hours of Shuttle stated till 11pm then I was told that two of my three rooms were cancelled. I assisted the girl in figuring it all out and after taking 3 Ubers to the hotel we were sleeping in comfy beds by 12am.
