Whenever I needed assistance or had any questions, the team responded quickly and professionally. It is clear that customer satisfaction is very important to them. The breakfast was also one of the highlights of my stay. There was a good variety of delicious food, and everything was fresh and well prepared. "Dirty and bad smelling room Auto on/off lights look terrible and scary Shower head can't be turned towards the wall side，water moves to outside and make full of water on the washroom Toilet paper side was not cleaned at all with full of dust"

"Great location - close to the main shopping arcade. Rooms were clean and decent size. Staff were great. The public onsen was nice but smaller for the size of the hotel. Unfortunately, due to the lack of consideration for other guests from parents, there was an intolerable amount of noisy children who were treating the onsen as a swimming pool. "
