My stay was terrible I didn’t get the room I paid for and room was dirty. Jacuzzi tub had one jet working. They didn’t have towels for us. Breakfast was horrible and hot food was cold and he just brought it out

Worn out hotel and Understaffed

We got to our room only to discover it had not been cleaned after last guest. Called front desk and she said come down it took some time to find what rooms had been cleaned and available New room has broken doorknobs to bedroom. No hangars to hang clothes.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at!

Horrible, they refused to honor my reservation for a jacuzzi suite, offered several different stories why they couldnt accommodate it, all lies, basically the 1st thing the front desk said was I didn't pay enough for that suite, I said I booked it 6 months prior, so the price was different then, then it was they didnt have any, and that 'jacuzzi suite' meant I had a suite and the hotel had a jacuzzi in the pool area, last story was that they had them, but they were all attached to the pool area that was under renovation so they couldnt put me in that room. So they put me in a King room that was filthy, had the smoke detector removed, AC unit didn't work, sink was clogged up, dirty floors, stains all over the couch, you name it, it was bad!!!

This property is run down and not well managed. It was almost comical how bad everything was. It started with a room that smelled like smoke, a smoke detector in a drawer, the pull out couch had a torn mattress and a filthy sheet stuck to it. They changed my room but no tv remotes, the wifi was too slow to watch anything on my computer, and the furniture was dirty. The sheets were clean and the mattress was comfortable but I would recommend looking somewhere else. Oh, the pool is being fixed, it doesn't tell you that on the website. I wasn't sure if they served breakfast or not. I wasn't given that information but I didn't want to eat somewhere that had a hard time keeping rooms clean.

La Quinta hotels are always decently priced and clean on the inside. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are clean and spacious. Sometimes the outside parking area isn’t as clean and comfortable as one would expect but everything else is great.
