I made the reservation 2 weeks before our stay. We arrived at 3:15 pm. The room was not ready. Other people seemed to be getting a room. We waited an hour before we got into our room. Not happy about that.

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were modern and very comfortable beds and pillows. Workout room was very well equipped with free weights, kettle bells, weighted balls, and TRX straps. Our biggest complaint was the breakfast time was from 6-10am and when we came down at 9:15am the warm food had run out and the kitchen staff refused to make more eggs or oatmeal despite many customers complaining that there was no warm food for them to eat. There was no manager on site to complain to.
