The listing online for property is inaccurate. There is no free parking other than street parking. There was no possibility of early check in. 2 of 3 key cards did not work and when asked front desk for new cards they asked for old cards, which were in room. My children got stuck in elevator and were panicking. On site repair man was clueless, 911 called and fire fighters opened elevator key box to find key missing so freeing children took 4 times longer. Room was outdated , smelled, beds uncomfortable, couch terrible . My kid said everything smelled like pee. No one could believe this was a Hilton property

Cable not working on TV

Only 3 channels worked on the TV. When I called the front desk clerk told me she would send someone up. Never happened. When I checked out and mentioned my issue to the employee he could have cared less.

Highway Robbery

This hotel was so ridiculously overpriced for what it was, I just can’t believe it. I was really in shock by how sparsely decorated the room with a suite was. I’ve stayed in hospital rooms that were nicer and warmer. The bedroom had 2 double beds which is not convenient for families with 3 or more people. A double bed is a bed for one person, not two. The bedroom door didn’t even fully close because one of the beds was in the way. The couch was uncomfortable to sit on. The staff seemed utterly confused by any question asked of them. There was no daily room service available (room service where they make the beds and straighten up the room). There’s no parking lot, and the hotel doesn’t validate at all. Parking was $20/night. I booked a month in advance of our stay and paid just shy of $700 for 2 nights, not including parking. What a complete waste. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

It was a fine place to stay for one night. Convenient to the theater district. The air conditioning was loud every time it turned on, though. We also did not get the type of room we booked, so one of the kids ended up sleeping on the floor. The comforter felt like a cheap polyester fabric.
