I’m not too sure what I expected but I’m glad I requested a room on the first floor because the elevator was out of order. And for it to be a suite I expected a bit more. This seemed more like an overpriced motel. And came across a few roaches in the room

Due to the the United Airlines flight that we booked through Expedia being delayed, we arrive at 3 AM at the hotel and they had cancelled our reservation at 2 AM and refused us to stay. They could not even find the reservation in their outdated computer system. What’s interesting is that they had called me earlier that day to say they would be closed after 4 PM but that someone would come down and let us in when we arrive, and when I spoke to that person, I said we would be late due to our flight being delayed and she said not a problem. We had to book at another hotel and pay double the price due to this. I’ve never seen a more unprofessional hotel. Avoid this hotel at all costs as they’re living in the 1940s with a computer system and their policies.

Hotel did not give me the room I booked. I booked a 2 queen bed room, was instead given a one standard size bed room. When I asked the hotel if we could receive a cot, they told me they had none. The bathroom had no hot water. By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

Hotel cancelled our reservation with no notification even though we called and said we would have a late check-in. A group of 10 of us were left stranded looking for other hotels at 3am. Even with Expedia calling the hotel directly did not resolve the issue.

There is no hot water coming from our sinks or a bathtub. We talked to the front desk. They kept telling us maintenance would be there or maintenance was out or they would notify somebody. We were to stay seven days. We left on day 5 !

Let's start by saying the staff was amazing. The hot water was inconsistent the entire stay. The water will be hot for a few minutes then turn cold. We were told that maintenance was coming, obviously they didn't come. Lastly there was an issue with roaches!!
