The kitchen did not have any plates, glasses or cooking materials. The manager was very disrespectful and short in his reply to a situatgion. I was loading my car and had to take several trips. I left my room at 10:45 am to begin loading after my first load my key did not work on the door leading to the elevator . When i told him his reply was the key no longer works after check out. I still had luggage and my dog to retrieve i replied check out is 11 it is 10:48 am he then told the young lady at the desk to fix my card. He never apologized for his rudeness. I am sure this will not affect him since he most likely gets the reviews. I also witnessed him having the same dismissive attitude with another person while waiting to get towels. It is my hope that he reevaluates how he treats customers, The hotel is an affordable option and very convenient. I will not stay there again. The young man that checked me in was very patient handling a situation much more detailed and time consuming with a person checking in in front of me, and the manager could not be bother by a key card expiring too early.

The property did not match the photos shown in the listing and was in very poor cleanliness condition. Upon arrival, the room was not properly cleaned and did not meet basic hygiene standards. Because of this, I did not feel comfortable staying and had to leave. I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made.

I was underwhelmed by my experience here. I arrived for check in at 4pm and the desk was closed with a shutter pulled down! After calling the hotel number, someone came out to assist about 5 minutes later. The room had a weird musty mixed with citrus scent and the floor was very sticky. The elevator also made a loud creaking sound.

Arrived at 2:30 no rooms ready. Check in at 3 so went back at 3 and still no rooms they had to recheck if anything available after 10min finally found room. Room was dirty. Bed had crumbs on it and fridge looks super stained and had food/drinks inside. Wouldn’t stay here again seems like it’s just for people long term and homeless.

The staff wasnt super friendly and the hotel itself is not very accessible as in there were no luggage carts or sliding doors so you had to open each door (only single doors) while carrying all your crap. Also for 4 stories there was only 1 elevator that sounded like it was about to break. There was a tv but no channels. There were no utensils or cups or coffee maker or anything in the room so even if you wanted to cook something you had to go buy it all yourself. The comforter on the bed is super thin so you might bring your own blanket if you book here. Only positive thing was the bed was actually really comfortable or i was just really tired.

Upon check in. The process was extremely slow. The next morning I went to shower and asked the maid in the hallway for extra towels, she replied there were none available as they were all being washed and if we needed any at that moment we should go to the store to purchase more. Upon leaving for the day shortly after that to ask the front desk for fresh towels, no one was present at the desk to assist us. The unit was extremely ran down and not well kempt. I would NEVER return to this establishment. They need to close the doors.

It smelt bad it was dirty, found pubic hairs, and a spider in the tub. Don’t think they realize all the food in grime on the outside of the refrigerator comes off. It smelled as if someone didn’t take out the trash. It was awful to top it off. I was traveling with a nine-year-old the hotel would not offer me to transfer my last day on reservation so this single mother with a single income had to spit out more money for another hotel so that we can take a shower and sleep in a clean environment. The pictures that are displayed are not at all what you get . DON’T STAY HERE. I was told I will be refunded for the second night. I will repost because we will see how that goes.
