The hotel location is great for exploring downtown Miami. We were able to walk from the Brightline station and then walk to most of the things we wanted to do. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and offered great views. I would stay here again for sure.

Check-in was delayed by nearly two hours, and it wasn’t until we firmly expressed our frustration that staff made an effort to prioritize our group. This was particularly disappointing, as we had completed an in-person pre-check-in five hours earlier. Additionally, the room key cards only grant access to your assigned floor, the lobby, and pool levels. This posed a significant inconvenience, as our elderly, disabled parents were on a different floor. We had no way to get to them unless they came to the lobby to escort us, which was a considerable hardship. While the rooms themselves were clean and comfortable, the disorganized check-in process and restrictive elevator access made for a frustrating experience. The surrounding neighborhood also didn’t feel particularly inviting, and the on-site restaurant offered limited, overpriced options. While the staff were nice, overall, the logistical challenges and lack of thoughtful accommodations for families with accessibility needs will prevent me from returning.

Hotel was beautiful and the staff was very accommodating. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and they sent us a bottle of Prosecco to our room. Highly recommend! Will be returning!

Several things didn’t work and I felt like I constantly had to call the concierge to address something. The room didn’t feel clean and stains were visibly on couch and blanket. Workman stood on dining room chair with dirty shoes instead of ladder. No towel rack in bathroom. Tv in Spanish and no one could fix it. Workmen don’t speak English so communication was challenging. Devices making annoying sounds every 20 minutes. Flickering lights. Generally underwhelming for what we had to spend

I didnt like the way my family and I were treated. We werent greeted friendly like the white patrons. Infact I saw the concierge give complimentary bevergaes to other people and offer none to us. For 1k a night for two rooms I expected more. I will take to my social media following and let them know there are better hotels in Miami.

Booked this hotel to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and they ruined it. It was one incident after another. Nearly 2 hours to receive luggage, broken jacuzzi (freezing cold), hidden light switches, and 6 hours for fresh sheets after 2 hours of calling/texting the front desk. The manager thought 1 day of amenities refunded was compensation. Place looks amazing, but it’s a disaster.
