Room was nice and clean. Breakfast choices were limited and ran out of food an hour and half into breakfast. The airport shuttle services was horrible. Had to wait over an hour and call 3 times. They give me a pick up location, and the driver passed the location and never came back around untill having to call 2 more times for another pick up.

The pool was closed and the water was green. As for the breakfast that was included, there was barely anything available. Had to go and buy my breakfast elsewhere. The ice machine was not working. This was my 3rd time staying here and probably my last. Very disappointed!

It would be helpful to know before booking that the airport shuttle will not take you to the airport prior to 6am. My flight was at 6:25am and I had to pay for an Uber to get to the airport at 4:30am. I got the email from the hotel after booking about the timeframe for the shuttle. The bed was very uncomfortable, need new mattress. The shower floor felt like I was going to go through it. I felt very unstable in the shower due to the floor. The water is lukewarm and the did not get hot. Really wish I had booked a different hotel.

The stay was good, but could have been better. The water pressure was low and water temperature was not getting hot enough. Breakfast options were limited and some items were finished at 8 am itself. Had to be early to get muffins and yogurt itself. Waffles and boiled eggs were unlimited though. Location was good.
