The rooms look NOTHING like the photos. The cost of the rooms aren’t worth it. I literally only checked in for 30 minutes before checking out to find a new place to stay.

What a beautiful hotel!! Everyone working was very nice and welcoming! Elizabeth in the lobby greating people was fun, professional, knowledgeable, and had the best personality!!! The hotel was very clean and never a shortage of pool towels!!! I would definitely come back!!!

Room was very dated. Few outlets and none could support the hairdryer they provide. Elevators were down often. They did not have beach chairs as they advertised

We had airfare cancellations that prevented us going on our trip. We had a non refundable three day stay and understood that. However, the manager Raoul agreed that we would only be charged for the first night and agreed to refund two of nights, but would need to be done through Expedia for the refund. I contacted Expedia and they said they would just need to verify with the manager the refund before issuing. The manager never answered Expedia phone calls or emails to verify, so they never refunded. My father and stepmom had a horrible experience even though they got to actually stay at the hotel. They did not honor their Expedia reservation and gave them a room initially in the non renovated section which they refused to stay in because it was so bad! They finally got their room changed to what they actually booked the following day, only after having to visit the front desk multiple times and complaining, hence ruining their vacation. The hotel never answers phone calls even from guests staying inside the hotel. The only way my step mom got a resolution was to go to the front desk and hand over her phone to the front desk to talk to Expedia. Unacceptable!

Checking counter only has one person so had to wait for long time. Room was clean the view was GREAT!! Many restaurants are very close. Private beach with pool was amazing. Breakfast option could be better atleast eggs must be added. The elevator required an urgent need for upgrade. But overall the stay was comfortable
