Per building policy, a member of our team will meet you in the lobby to assist with your check-in. To ensure a smooth and seamless arrival, we kindly ask that you share your estimated arrival time or a preferred time window. If you’re flying in, feel free to provide your flight details so we can coordinate accordingly.



Please note that arrivals after 11:00 PM require special arrangements and may incur a $100 late check-in fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation—we look forward to welcoming you!

There is an onsite spa with additional services available for purchase. The property offers on-site security, concierge services, and renowned street-level restaurants. Additional conveniences include 24/7 valet parking and a 24-hour welcome desk. Please note, a resort fee of $38.50 per day is payable directly to Natiivo Downtown. Valet parking is available on site at $75 per night plus taxes.

Equipped with modern appliances, including a full-size fridge, oven, stove, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and essential cookware.



★ PARKING:

Valet parking only. Overnight rate of $75 per day, payable directly to the building. Paid street parking as well as an economical public garage is nearby ($15 for overnight).



★ PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY:

Front desk package holding available, with no mailbox key access.



★ PROVISIONS:

Includes WiFi, Smart TVs, ironing set, laundry facilities, and starter toiletries. Note: Washcloths and kitchen towels not included.



★ PET POLICY:

Pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet, payable to the building at check-in. Advance notice of the number and weight of pets is required.



★ GUEST SCREENING:

A check-in procedure for security and fraud prevention will be conducted.



★ SAFETY:

Adherence to CDC cleaning standards with thorough disinfection and exterior surveillance cameras.



★ EXTRAS:

We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We want to clarify that the managing host facilitates these local, third-party services and bears no connection with the property owner. The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.



★ OBSERVATIONS:

Strict no-smoking policy and low noise levels post 10 PM. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited.

In-Person Lobby Check-In: Per building policy, a member of our team will meet you directly in the lobby alongside the front desk to complete your check-in and issue your physical key cards.

Arrival Coordination: To prevent any wait times, please share your estimated arrival time (or flight details) as soon as possible.

Required Photo IDs: The front desk requires full names and valid photo IDs (driver’s license or passport) for all guests 18 and older prior to arrival.

Resort Fee: A mandatory resort fee of $38.50 per day is collected directly by Natiivo Downtown.
