Excellent property, well maintained, very clean, quiet (some older reviews complained about road noise from Biscayne Blvd but I have not experienced that at all), competent staff, have stayed here before. Does not feel like a hotel—all the units are condos and there's free gated self parking (most other high-end hotels around here only have valet parking).

Centrally located, these rented apartments are nicely appointed and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Nomada Residences are located adjacent to the Miami Design District with its upper end designers and one block from the bridge to Miami Beach.

The exterior of the property was very modern in design and the interior was aesthetically pleasing. The Master Bedroom was very spacious and both rooms were outfitted with walk in closets. Additionally, the bathrooms were very spacious, modern and clean. The check in process was very seamless and the reception staff was friendly and helpful. Furthermore, throughout our stay the property maintained communication via email. Lastly, the check out process was very seamless. We felt safe and enjoyed our stay at Nomada Residences.

I didnt like anything. They moved us 2 different times and the rooms were dirty. Pee spots on the toilet at check-in. Counters dirty and table.

The apartment was excellent. Really nice and spacious. Gym and pool are excellent. The main issue was the outside noise. It would appear all windows are single glazed with the road noise making it difficult to sleep. Also the living room didn’t have a blackout blind, and with a street light right outside the room was very light which again made sleeping very difficult.
