The unit itself was very nice and well laid out. On the service end, everything was great. I received everything I needed, the room was cleaned well, and parking crew were very accommodating with their response to my car requests. That said, I found significant issues with the nontransparent nature of the costs associated with my stay, which was the main reason for lower ratings in the assessment of my stay: the advertisement maintained that the cost of the unit will by X and be prepared to pay the hotel fee along with the city tax. Ok, so what, an additional 100? Try about 450 (almost half the cost of the offered unit). Then, the advertisement said something to the effect of "it's best you bring a vehicle to get around the city". Sure, but parking's not free. If you park at the hotel, you're looking at 75 a night. Also, although the unit was kept clean, at night you can hear rats moving around in the vents/air ducts. Kinda frightening...All-in-all, the unit was very nice and clean, the service was top-notch, the location was great, the view of the Miami skyline was amazing. It's the tactical omission of the costs to induce the booking is what was really disappointing. I mean, people coming to Miami know they're going to have to spend money. Just be upfront about the costs. Luckily I had enough credit on my card to pay my bill AND the 1,000 deposit. If you're interested in the stay, plan accordingly...
