The host graciously gifted us w a bottle of Presecco & a $30 gift certificate to a nice restaurant with decent food. The condo was very nice and had a spectacular view of the area and bay. The black throw blanket and sheets on the bed were dirty and should have been cleaned. Would otherwise stay again.

I had a lovely stay here in Coconut Grove in January 2026. The building is gorgeous with a pool on an upper floor and a spacious lobby. The location is perfect for walking to businesses and restaurants just a few blocks away in the Grove. The room price includes free parking in the hotel's covered garage, a big plus in the Miami area. The room itself was perfect! Comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. The host was responsive and excellent. I will stay here again!
