The airport shuttle was fast and reliable every half hr. Staff was AMAZING ESPECIALLY PERCY-thank you for make my trip here easy and great! Very helpful! Room was clean and spacious good stay great upstairs bar and food!

The room itself was okay looking but the carpet felt gross. Bathroom needs updates. The hallways and public areas were kind of creepy. They added crown molding but it just looks silly because the sprinkler heads are there and not covered. It looked funny. Not that it impacts the stay. But could have used the money to clean the carpets lol. Drunk men in the cafe area at night. The bed was huge and comfy though!

This will be my spot whenever I book a cruise. The staff was great the shuttle from the airport and to the port was super convenient. The bar/restaurant drinks and food were amazing.

The airport shuttle was convenient and was the main reason I selected this property-in addition to proximity to the airport (came to Miami to leave the next day for a cruise). This is an older property with elevators that were slow and ice machines that didn’t work. The bed was uncomfortable. The restaurant on the top floor was nice though. The food was good. Service was a little slow however. The hotel is fine for a one night stay only.

There were holes in our sheet. The bathroom is set up weird and too small. I tried to find where the stinky air-freshener was in the room but couldn’t find it. It was over baring and smelled bad. Bed was too soft. You sunk way down and stayed there. We will never stay here again. Over priced for a dump. Staff for the shuttle were polite and helpful. They were the only thing good about this hotel.
