Older hotel but nice. Used prior to cruise and used the free airport shuttle and paid 17 each for cruise shuttle . Airport shuttle took forever. Many people were complaining to the driver for the over 1 hr wait at the airport. Go to Door 5 to get on first or the further down pick up spots you may not get on.

We arrived at your hotel at approximately 11:00AM knowing we would probably wait for our room to be ready but we waited till 4:00 PM checking several times for room to be ready and were told our room was not yet ready.
