Booked the larger suite and the online photos were very deceiving. Immediately we noticed the cleanliness of the particular room wasn’t up to standard. ESP for the price point. Rep offered us another room which we initially refused because there were no pillows within the unit. Unkept and no pillows. We have never experienced anything like this so we wanted a complete refund. Manager was unavailable that evening and attendant refused to give us a refund. Suggested and offered a room that would be “better” than the initial unit we were given. Reluctantly we agreed after contacting the authorities to eliminate any confusion. Unfortunately the next unit was even worse. Cracked mirrors, sand/dirt on floors through out, sofa was filthy, shower floors had rust stains, and several other things. After being told we would not be able to dispute anything until the manager comes in “between 8am-9am” we purposely waited until 930am to give the manager time to get in and make sure they were there and still wasn’t there or available until after 10am! At this point I knew they would try to give me issues for the full refund because a full day of the stay had elapsed at this point. Which is completely unfair to us losing a day because the manager was not available over night. So manager only offered to refund one day of the 2 days that were booked. Completely unsatisfied with how this was handled. Funniest part was the attendant acted like he didnt speak English when the cops came. Madness!
