I highly recommend this hotel. The staff provides exceptional service. The rooms are clean, though soundproofing could be improved. The spacious courtyard offers a pleasant area for relaxation and socializing. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to shopping and dining options makes them easily accessible on foot.

We tried checking in online around 3:30. But couldn't. Tried numerous times. Called the hotel around 5:30. No answer. Left a message. Called back again around 6:15. Was told the online check in wasnt working. Finally wnt and checked in around 7pm. The second night the power was out at our hotel and the surrounding area. Of course, no fault of their own. The beds were extremely comfortable. The room was clean and spacious.

Pros- New property. Loved the courtyard. Quite, clean, and the front desk ladies were nice. Beds slept well. Cons: The Toilet flush was weak. The floors weren't swept, so they couldn't have been mopped. A lot of debris under the beds. I understand that it's an extended stay. I would suggest having one roll of paper towel, salt and pepper shakers, and a small bottle of dish detergent.

Over all. I liked the property. In the end there was poor communication. The laundry facility is not well maintained by CSC and watch your funds! Only way to pay is cc or tap and I noticed several duplicate charges from CSC. The washers and dryers are filthy especially for a new facility. Over all clean, but this has a lot to do with being a newer facility. It won’t be for long if not better maintained! The courtyard is peaceful and nice

The only issue was the elevator didn't work upon our arrival and the first day. It was just a hassle lugging our luggage up and the baby up flights of stairs. It didn't work the next day but they did repair it by Sunday. The suite was nice but the floors could use alittle more attention my toddler was black from dirt after playing on the floor. The hotel it self seemed well kept. We will stay again in the future.
