Disliked: Cleanliness
Upon arrival we had no one to be found at the front desk. Several minutes later the front desk person showed up. She was kind, no complaints. Upon settling into our room for the night we noticed a bathroom that still had trash from previous guests in the bathroom. The walls and switches had something splattered all over. On the back of the bathroom door were dried drip marks of what appeared to be old bodily fluid. I’ll leave that right there without going further. Our beds had very short dark hairs in the sheets for one bed, and the covers on the other bed had something that was dried and a crusty coating. The suite itself was nice for layout and function, but cleanliness was definitely lacking. Upon checking out a sign in the door said front desk open at 7am. But no one was there yet. Upon calling the number listed on the doors notice, they said they were running late and weren’t in the office yet. Would have preferred to talk to someone in person to discuss what we had experienced, but no luck before we left. Cleanliness goes a long way when being remembered for a first time guest.
