The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff was very nice. My only complaint would be that the restaurant and market are overpriced. But you pay for convenience I guess.

I arrived at this hotel without much expectation, because since I moved to Memphis I have always felt discriminated against, but as soon as I arrived here everything was different, the attention on the phone, because they do not have a reception like the other hotels, but the attention was so spectacular 10 Points

Clean room, great pool and hot tub (maybe the best I have ever experienced, good fitness room. The only negative was no coffee pot in the room, but there was coffee in the lobby (I just don’t like going down there at 5 am). I need a cup of coffee just to get down there. Very nice staff! Also, it is a key that is on your phone so I guess you have to have a smartphone in order to stay there (which I know the majority of people have, but my daughter does not so she couldn’t leave the room without me so that’s a bit odd in my opinion). Overall, this is hotel was great and I will definitely stay again.

Food was ok, chicken In the salad couldn’t even bite through it and the salad wasn’t that good. But loved my room, tv, and hot tub. Pool was perfect temperature not cold at all.

The building was ok for being renovated. It appears most of the money was spent in the lobby. We had multiple issues with the main elevator and had to be escorted to the employee elevator which wasn't a problem for us. We didn't venture to the pool because it was closed. The rooms were ok (poor paint job, door jam exposed although the door did lock,the shower tub combination was pulling apart from the wall. Overall better than model 6. For the price we paid for 2 rooms was equivalent to one night at some hotels we stay.
