DO NOT USE !!!!Swimming Pool and Car Park located in separate buildings
With the Sauna being located in the closed pool area. We where denied access to a sauna despite paying for the usage with it being an important criteria of our stay.
• Lifts and Communal Hallways
They where absolutely filthy with buttons falling of the lifts and stains all over walls and carpets.
• Apartment Cleanings
The Apartment door, shower, carpets, skirting boards and balcony were all filthy, stained and had cobwebs.
• Coffee Machine
The Coffee machine did not work. Nor did it have any user manuals.
Considering we had booked a 'Pristine 2 -Bedroom Apartment' with a whole list of facilities and amenities. In reality I got a dirty, broken, filthy apartment without in building facilities that we had desired as part of our stay.
This level of deception is both unethical and is classed as fraud. I have sent this email to both Stayz and MadeComfy. No refund or compensation has been offered

key collection a joke
Property good, as expected. However the key collection process is a joke. The Ezy Mart is 2 blocks away, so we have to drag suitcases 2 blocks.
Why not leave keys with the office manager downstairs?
Great spot close to train station and marvel stadium with plenty of restaurants close by. Unit was in a quiet building but did need some maintenance. Beds were good and lounge was an extra bed .
