PLEASE NOTE: Bookings of less than 4 nights covering a Fri, Sat, special events, public holiday or public holiday eve, will only be considered within the month prior. Unless a greater nightly minimum is specifically mentioned for specific nights, such as Australian Open Tennis, Grand Prix, Premier League Soccer and Spring Racing Carnival to name a few, where a 5 night minimum applies. Any one or two night stay will incur an additional $50 surcharge. Any single night weekend stay will incur a 30% loading. And for New Year's Eve, there is a 50% loading.

Common facilities are now open to use.

The swimming pool will be closed from 24 July until 3 September, 2023.

If you have a large group and need multiple apartments in the same building/vicinity please advise.

**This apartment does not have a locking balcony door, therefore it may not be suited to guests with young children.

Located literally in the heart of Southbank, you will be within 10 minutes walk to many of the great things that Melbourne is renowned for including the heart of the Crown Casino entertainment complex.

An exquisite array of restaurants, the Arts centre, theatre, Federation Square, The Yarra River etc.. etc.... what else might you be looking for? If it isn't on your doorstep then it will not be too far either on foot or using the extensive and efficient public transport infrastructure which is almost on your doorstep.

This is a truly stunning apartment! As comfy as a house with high quality modern fittings and furniture, it will not disappoint even the most discerning guests. Start with the ultra comfortable, plush Scandinavian sofa, matching dining setting and large TV and a fully appointed kitchen - equipped with everything you could possibly need. Free wifi internet too!

Complex facilities include an indoor heated swimming pool and gym. All available for your enjoyment.

The master bedroom is in its own corner with beautiful views with floor-to-ceiling windows and is completely separate. It has a large built-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom.

The other bedroom is also large, with floor to ceiling windows. This room has direct access to an adjoining bathroom. Each bedroom has hotel-style beds which can be split into two singles, so you have a choice of a king bed or two single beds in each bedroom, subject to the timing of request.

Undercover parking for one (1) vehicle is available within the building and is included in the price. Maximum height clearance is 2.1m. Additional car parks may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

The price quoted is based upon 4 guests there is an extra charge per guest after 4. Additional guests are accommodated on fold-up beds.

Three (3) sets of keys are available for the convenience of your group.

Should you wish to use the port-a-cot, you will need to provide your own linen.

From time-to-time we move our art and decorative features around, or they are bought by guests. This could be art, statues, sculpture, rugs etc.... Therefore some variations to art and decorative features in the photos may be experienced.
