Gorgeous amenities, the nicest staff, beautiful space and location. Well appointed room . Only issue is we had a very uncomfortable bed. Neither of us could sleep. We also had lights come on in the middle of the night.

Old, dirty, smelly rooms. Pillows and bed old with old smells. It seems they haven't changed the furniture since the 80s.

Holiday Inn Resort The Lodge At Big Bear Lake by IHG
This was my first time at a hotel in Big Bear, and I can’t wait to go again. There was an arcade for the kids, a bar for adults and walking distance to the Village.

Motel 6 Big Bear Lake, CA
For starters the room was dirty and cold the heater was not working and there was no blankets it was 17 degrees outside and I asked the person working if they had any blankets they only gave 2 even though I let her know the heater was not working.
