Amazing view of the peaceful ocean from the master bedroom, living room, dining room, and balcony. Enjoy the waves breaking in the sand or the flight of the pelicans at the water level. Direct access to the beach and swimming pools; meat grills, palapas, parking drawer, tennis courts. By regulation, six people are allowed maximum, without pets.
The space
Quintas del Mar is the subdivision where our department is located, a very quiet area in front of the beaches of the Pacific. Walking along the beach about 10 minutes away you will find seafood or good coffee restaurants. By car ten minutes away is Marina Mazatlan, and fifteen grocery supply center. Sábalo Cerritos Avenue runs through two truck routes, one, Sábalo centro, will take you to Centro Historico and the main market. Cerritos Juárez will take you to shopping malls.
Guest access
The guest has access to the beach club which involves pool area, palapas, loungers, meat grills, and properly a small beach club in the area. Also a parking lot for a car sheltered under roof and security personnel 24 hours. And two Tennis Courts.
