The staff were all great and genuinely tried to help, which I appreciate. However, the condition of the rooms is unacceptable—very old, poorly maintained, and uncomfortable. I specifically requested an air purifier because I was having difficulty breathing, and none was available, which is extremely disappointing. This should be a basic accommodation for guest health. Breakfast was only fair, with very limited variety. Overall, the facilities did not meet reasonable expectations, and I am disappointed with the stay.

this is our first time in this hotel and i can say that i highly recommend esp if you have an appointment with the US Embassy. the hotel is nice and clean. staff are very friendly. breakfast is good. place is safe despite the area being crowded. and price is affordable!

We got upgraded from the Deluxe Room to the Family Room upon checking in to this hotel. We were excited at first, but then upon going into the room and using the shower, there is no hot water and the water pressure was so low. If you turn on the sink, the shower almost stops completely. We called the front desk and they sent a person from engineering to check the shower twice after we had requested to change to our original room booking. The engineering personnel said “the low water pressure is normal here.” My fiance and I were stunned at this, we’ve never stayed at a hotel where the shower would stop when you turn on the sink or flush the toilet and the water heater keeps going on and off while you’re taking a shower. We were finally changed to our original room and the shower was slightly better but still had pressure issues when using the sink or flushing the toilet while running the shower. In general, the rooms are very outdated and feels generally dirty. The sheets on the bed feel old, the pillows are hard, the bed is very bouncy due to no box spring under the mattress. The refrigerator door was covered in rust. It’s very peculiar because the lobby looks very updated and when you reach the elevator, it feels like a completely different hotel. The button on the main lobby elevator, barely works and it almost coming off and there is only a single elevator for this entire hotel. Overall, the experience was very poor and we will not be staying at this hotel ever again.

Very clean room and the staff were very polite and professional. The buffet breakfast was ok only but you can order separately which has a very good menu. Love the location just over the road from my favourite music venue "Cowboy grill". Will definitely stay here again.
