It is located in a friendly neighborhood on a quiet dead end drive just minutes from local state parks, just 10 traffic free minutes from Bill Snyder Family Stadium and Kansas State University, and 15 minutes from downtown shops and restaurants.
The upstairs of the house features a fully furnished kitchen, dinning room, full bath, master bedroom, office, family room w/ fireplace, and spacious large deck with grill, fire pit, lounge area, and dinner tables. The perfect place spend time with family and friends.
