This hotel has been upgraded to meet customers needs who are traveling and needs a stop over to rest and continue on their journey. Parkwood Inn & Suites needs to invest in better towels and wash clothes for the customers. What they have is worst than cleaning towels, even though the manager expressed they had just purchased some. The mattresses is their winner. I purchased me towel sets to bath during my stay. The website states they have shuttle service. This service is no longer available. Breakfast served. Don’t get excited because it’s not what you would expect from Fairfield, Best Western, and IHG hotels included with your stay. Don’t ask for much, the maintenance man is not customer oriented as if Parkwood Inn & Suites belongs to him. My overall stay met my needs for visiting the area. Please update your website to reflect services available. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating to my needs.

My room was very clean and it was actually a comfortable temperature when I arrived. The whole hotel was clean and tidy. I got to the breakfast room just as it was closing, but the staff made sure I had everything I wanted.

We got a good night's sleep. The Internet worked fine and we really liked the breakfast - there was ample protein available! The room was clean and all of the fixtures worked once we were moved (our first room had a non-functioning heater).
