We had a lovely welcome from Amy. The room was nice though the bed a little soft for my liking. When we went to bed at midnight there was a constant drone that we couldn’t locate and it turned out to be a maintenance room above ours (room 716). We spoke to reception and they moved us to a room lower down which was much quieter though the noise from outside was louder.
