Finca Rever is a 200 year old house that has been carefully renovated during the winter of 2019-2020, in order to modernize it and bring it in line with current standards and taste while still retaining the character of the old local architecture. Among the most important improvements made in the house are the interior new floors, the addition of a fourth bathroom, as well as the extension and renovation of the pool terrace. It is also worth mentioning the installation of air conditioning units in the bedrooms, renovation of all bathrooms, a new fitted kitchen, newly tiled floors and the installation of modern lighting throughout the house.
This house is located halfway along a secondary road that connects the town of Pollensa and the Port of Pollensa. From this convenient location, you have very easy and quick access to Port de Pollença (specially known for its beautiful coastline, nice beaches and its great diversity of shops and restaurants), as well as its proximity to the historic town of Pollença where you can also find a wide cultural and gastronomic offer.
From the main entrance of the house there is access to a spacious living-dining room with a beautiful vaulted arch. From this room you can access the kitchen, surely the part of the house that has best maintained the style that the farm had in former times. However, it is equipped with a small breakfast area, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a refrigerator. On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom and two full bathrooms.
To the left of the entrance is the staircase which leads to the upper floor, where you find the main lounge with a large sofa and a chaise longue on which you can enjoy a good movie or catch up on your favourite series on the magnificent 65-inch television. The smart TV is prepared with a wireless internet connection so that customers can enjoy their Amazon, Netflix or other platform accounts. On the upper floor we also find the other four bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them being en-suite), as well as a terrace from which the views stretch out into the distance. It should be noted that the house has various configurations for the beds, it is possible to convert some of the twin rooms into doubles (always on prior request) allowing the distribution of the house to be 3 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms.
Outside, the floors have also been completely renovated. There is a beautiful and peaceful garden, as well as two covered terraces, one of them being the barbecue and outside dining terrace and the second covered terrace having an 8 foot American Pool Table where you can spend a pleasant time with friends or family. The Pool area also boasts lots of comfortable loungers and a day bed as well as an outdoor chill out lounge
Finally it is worth mentioning that the area in which this villa is located is ideal for exploring both on foot or by bicycle since there are several traditional lanes with little traffic. By bicyclice you can reach pollensa town or puerto pollensa in approximately 10 minutes.

Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung ist prima, Betten und Bäder sind top. Wenn etwas optimierbar ist, dann die Ablagemöglichkeiten in den Schlafzimmern (die sehr unterschiedlich sind). Unser Schlafzimmer (zur Dachterrasse) hat nur einen sehr (zu) kleinen Kleiderschrank. Der eine oder andere Kleiderhaken würde schon helfen. In der Küche ist ein großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, der allerdings bei vollständiger Belegung mit 8 - 10 Personen schnell an seine Kapazitätsgrenze kommt. Ein zusätzlicher Getränkekühlschrank wäre super. Der Außenbereich ist großzügig und sehr schön. Vor allem die überdachte Terrasse und den Pool haben wir gerne genutzt. Der Billardtisch steht leider nicht ganz gerade und könnte eine neue Bespannung gebrauchen. Alles in allem eine empfehlenswerte Finca mit ein paar kleinen Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten.
