This modern villa with pool is located near Makarska in the village of Veliko Brdo at the foot of the mountain Biokovo, a protected natural park which hangs over the Makarska Riviera. The villa is located in a beautiful and very peaceful natural setting surrounded by pine forests and olive groves with a beautiful view that stretches towards the Adriatic coast and Dalmatian islands of Brač and Hvar. The area is perfect for families who wants to have a good rest.

The villa features four bedroom, five bathroom, two fully equipped kitchens, two living rooms, two indoor dinning areas, one for up to 6 persons and second for up to 12 perssons, fitness room, steam sauna, heated pool, etc.

The villa also offers guests a laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing table. There is a baby crib in one of the bedrooms.

The outdoor area features BBQ facilities with outdoor dinning area suitable for up to 12 persons, large terrace for sunbathing equipped with six lounge (beach) chairs. The whole house is surrounded with different trees and plants. Some of them are consumable in the late summer and autumn, like figs and grapes. The total area of the plot of the house is 685 square meters.

There is enough space to park up to 4-5 cars.

The concept of renting this house is renting a whole house as one unit. Your group or familiy will be alone in the house. No other guests or families will stay with you. You can use anything that you see on the pictures except storage room and pool engine room. The doors of those rooms will be locked.

It is recommended that you have a car. You can use taxi services too.
