Please note our apartment is fully licensed by the Department of Tourism and the Public Health Authority (PHA) for renting out to guests.
Consequently all Health Authority recomended Hygiene and Cleaning protocols are followed by our experienced Cleaning Management Company.

Ideally located on Eden Island in one of the quieter most mature areas, this luxury apartment offers fine views across the marina bay towards St. Anne Island.
A large open plan kitchen and living area opens out onto a spacious balcony more than adequately furnished for al fresco dining.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, private bath and en suite shower with french doors leading out to the main balcony.
The second bedroom features twin beds, shower, WC, and private veranda.
The apartment is less than a five minute buggy ride from all the Eden Island restaurants, a two minute walk to the pool, and only a 3 minute buggy ride to any of the 3 best beaches.

We have full very efficient air conditioning in all rooms and also 2 large outside balcony fans for your comfort.

On arrival you would be given our electric buggy and then escorted to the apartment.

Please note that our rental is coordinated through Eden Island staff ensuring the highest standards and support services throughout your stay with us.

In addition the owner is available to contact via WhatsApp at any time 7 days a week should you require further assistance.

We can also help recommend airport transfers, car hire, Island Hoping, boat trips, snorkeling, diving, fishing etc and are happy to answer any other questions you may have as we offer a personnel service.

The apartment serves as a superb base for exploring the Seychelles islands.

Sailing, scuba diving, and deep sea fishing can all be enjoyed from Eden Island. Victoria, Mahe's capital, with its range of restaurants and bars is only a 10 minute drive away

Great base to explore and relax

As part of an extended trip, we enjoyed Peter’s condo very much. We spent our time with long morning swims, workouts in the gym, and then exploring Mahe. the condo is clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The community is lovely, and well planned. Overall it was a great value, and Peter was very helpful in helping us navigating entry requirements.

Beautiful Eden Island Apartment

We just returned from a 2 week stay at Peter Jackson's lovely 2 bedroom apartment on Eden Island. The apartment was beautifully furnished with high quality decor and furniture beyond the norm for other apartments in Eden Island we have seen. Check in was smooth and the property manager quickly oriented us to the apartment and dealt with some small problems that arose. All the appliances were in good working order. Cleaning was provided 2x a week. We enjoyed our stay very much and would be happy to return again.

Gorgeous apartment!

Peter's is a great host and the apartment exceeded our expectations. Peter provided all necessary documents and information to insure a smooth and easy check-in and check out experience. We were lucky to rent Peters apartment the second time for three weeks. We can say that everything was really perfect. The interior, the infrastructure, the leisure activities and the shopping facilities fully met our expectations. The apartment is very modern, very clean and well secured. Important for us: there are four sheltered, quiet and clean beaches that allow safe swimming. This was our 2nd stay on Eden Island a d we were very pleased with the location and the property. House keeping came every few days which was a nice treat. The property was clean and was a short 30 second walk to one of the communal pools. We would stay again .

Easter break on Eden Island

I stayed at Peter's apartment with my wife and two teenage daughters. Really nice apartment, very clean and well equipped and great location. A really short walk to beaches and swimming pools or hop on the golf buggy. Peter was always available with any questions I had and replied within hours. Plenty of bars and restaurants on the island as well as a grocery store, shops and a gym. Would highly recommend this apartment. Thanks again Peter.

Expect the unexpected and you will get the BEST!

The booking and communication with Peter was very pleasant and our anticipation was big. Check-in and take-over on site was very easy and of course the first highlight was to driving around with the golf buggy. The apartment offers everything and even more and with the large living space and terrace you have more than enough space for your family. Beds are supercozy and the facility is very quiet. Everything is clean and for our one week stay we even got a cleaning service. Laundry and dishes are enough available and the short walk to the pool and beautiful lagoons/beaches make the holiday even more enjoyable. Eden Island with its nice staff and good shopping offers a perfect stay on Mahé. Many thanks to Peter for great hospitality and help with arranging car rental and late check-out/airport transportation. We are very happy to recommend this great apartment!

Luxury penthouse apartment meeting exquisite expectations

The apartment is arranged with good taste. Worth noting is nice furniture adding much ambience to the premises. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, ample sitting room, big kitchen, equipped with every home appliance imaginable, and large veranda it is functional and cosy. From the veranda you can watch the marina or leap at any time to one of the four sandy beaches on the island – thanks to the electric buggy attached to the penthouse. Provision of the buggy is just an ingenious idea thanks to which you can move comfortably to any place of the island, including the well supplied shopping centre. The AC worked perfectly. Salient was tidiness of the apartment which was cleaned up every three days, with provision of fresh towels and linen. Peter, the sympathetic and friendly owner, cared much of us contacting through e-mail immediately when it was needed. Essentially, we spent 10 happy days on the Eden Island. The apartment deserves strong recommendation to others.

Lovely apartment in excellent location.

We are a family of 5 who thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Eden Island. The apartment is well equipped, has a large balcony overlooking a marina on which to relax when not exploring island. Lovely beaches and a pool very close by. Island very secure and very well maintained. Use of golf buggy to get around Eden island was great. We hired a car for a week, Peter recommended a local hire company, and we were happy with service. Local shops and restaurants available in Plaza for all your needs, we enjoyed harbourside dining on boardwalk. Peter very helpful and prompt with information requested. Would definitely stay here again in future, had a great two weeks.

Very comfortable stay!

We loved the comforts provided at this lovely spot. Peter was very helpful and checked in on us days before the arrival by sending all the important info. needed before and during the stay. The golf buggy was convenient and fun. We took it to go grocery shopping (nearby w/in the small island), boutique shops, Italian deli, cafe, etc. It was easy to get to some really good snorkel/swim spots on days we didn't leave Eden Island. The kitchen was well equipped, Peter had maps of the Seychelles, guide books, and Eden Island restaurants (the Indian restaurant was great--the Int'l cuisine, Bravo, was unimpressive). Peter provided us with a contact for car rental--Sharon was available by email/whatsapp or telephone and she delivered/picked up the car to/from Eden Island without a problem. Overall, we had a fantastic time!

Comfortable stay on Eden Island

Overall we had a pleasant stay in this apartment. Peter, the owner, was helpful with suggestions eg car rental and communicated well leading up to our stay. He was able to accommodate our request for an early arrival. Thank you Peter it was much appreciated. Eden Island has a fitness centre, pools, many beaches, shopping centre and restaurants all within a buggy ride. The apartment itself was large, clean, air conditioned, washing machine and dryer, ensuite x 2 and a golf buggy. Limited basics were offered eg detergent, toilet rolls and shower gel. Be aware there is no lift, a little dark in the apartment itself, car park is a buggy ride away, wi fi can be fluky. A lot of information in compendium, which is a little overloaded and not so easy to follow. Kitchen is workable however could do with some updating with very little effort. We were advised by owner when we arrived that we would not have television for the 8 night that we were to stay due to upgrades which was out of his control. He said that he had just been advised regarding this himself and apologised for same. It was not a happy camp however by coincidence this was rectified for us by management. I don't feel the apartment can be described as a luxury apartment in this complex however our stay was pleasant. The surroundings are wonderful and the complex has a lot to offer.
