La ubicación es insuperable! Realmente conveniente porque está cerca de todo, perfectamente puedes salir a caminar por las zonas más representativas y regresar rápido a descansar, además es súper fácil llegar en renfe o metro porque está a dos cuadras de la estación. La habitación es cómoda y el personal muy amable. Recomendadísimo.

Brilliant location for Palace, parks and Plaza España. We arrived into Chamartin train station and it was easy to get to the hotel on Metro Line 10 and a short walk. The hotel is unassuming on the outside, but once inside we loved the sympathetic renovations, it felt cosy and comfortable especially the bar area which is beautiful. Our cool and quiet room was perfect, very comfortable bed, twin basins and a bath in the large bathroom, loads of storage and a lovely dressing table with a lift-up lid. Electronic safe was easy to use and the little fridge perfect for keeping drinks cool. Housekeeping was excellent. The continental breakfast was delicious, particularly the brownies! The dining room was calm and relaxing. Overall our stay was perfect and we wouldn’t hesitate to return to this hotel.

Overall cleanliness very poor There was a used cotton bud at the wall floor junction in the bathroom on entry into the room The grouting on the walls of the bathroom and wall floor junctions were very dirty The hotel was overall very worn The bar and restaurant was closed which was disappointing Staff were not very helpful and we were never asked if everything was satisfactory during our stay

I loved this hotel. Great property, rooms and location. Friendly staff. They booked taxi for me to the airport at 4 am in the morning. Great location, we did not use public transport at all in Madrid. Everything is 10-20 mins walk. Loved the breakfast, decor and everything about this hotel. I did not see if they have water cooler available. Upon check in we got two water bottles. I would stay there again for sure.

El hotel es muy viejo y parece más cuartería que hotel. El espacio de nuestro cuarto tenía una buena distribución con buen espacio. Las almohadas enormes y cuando preguntamos si tenían otra uno de los del mostrador del turno de la noche nos dijo que no pero que nos llevaba una para que viéramos todo grosero. El desayuno es práctico y a buen precio pero no está ni tan surtido ni tan bueno. Solo tienen comida durante la mañana. Los chicos del mostrador son serviciales y atentos. El hotel está debajo de la plaza de España entonces se puede caminar fácilmente y hay estaciones de metro y el bus saliendo. Las chicas de limpieza lindas y atentas. El hotel necesita una gran remodelada solamente

The staff was lovely. The breakfast buffet was excellent. What a way to start the day! Beds were very comfortable. The only issue we had was with the pipes in the bathroom. There was a ghastly sewer smell coming uo. We closed all drains and covered them with thick towels and the smell was contained. I don't know if this was because of all the rain recently or a more seriousissue.

Nice overall! Since people with dogs aren't responsible around there, you have to keep walking and watch the ground to avoid stepping on those stuffs. Also peoples smoke so much in Europe!
