Okay but not great

Pros: The location, it's very close to Gran Via and the Plaza Mayor.
Cons: Fix the air conditioning
Location: I booked tours with a Julia Tours and the hotel was only .6 miles from there. The Plaza de Espana and all the excitement on Gran Via and churches
Overall, the staff was cordial, the other people in the hotel were really noisy and weren't told to bring the noise level down. The air conditioner wasn't working all that great but the room was clean, I had plenty of hot water to shower and you can't beat the location!
