Terrible experience. Bed hard as a rock. Many items out of stock at breakfast. The English muffins and bagels were hard, inedible. Tried to get a refund, the owner said since I didn't tell them right away, they wouldn't give it to me. I got in at 10pm and was exhausted. Apparently I was supposed to wake up and find another place to stay in the middle of the night? I came to the front desk asking for a refund right when I was confronted with the bad breakfast.
You just can't do this to people. The rooms are clean, they have a fridge, it seems like a good deal. But if you want to sleep well, and have a decent breakfast to fuel your day, look somewhere else.
Going to contact the Better Business Bureau. The refund denial tipped the scales for me.
