This is a beautiful, cozy well appointed home. First, beds matter to us. Due to sleep schedules, I had the chance to sleep in the master suite, and the guest beds. All were really comfortable with high end linens and pillows. Second, cleanliness. This unit was spotless. Thoroughly cleaned in every regard. Third, location matters! This is a very safe and convenient location. It is near “hot spots” but out of the worst traffic areas. There are fun spots and phenomenal restaurants within walking distance, although we had a car. We walked at night without hesitation. It is on perhaps THE most beautiful beach on the island. By very late night the tide came in and the beach submerged but for safety reasons no one should be swimming that late (Scuba diving excepted!). After sunset we used the oceanfront pool anyway, it was spotless and not once crowded. Fourth, convenience. It is SO easy to come and go and is near the airport without being too near. Parking is secure and ample. Due to heavy traffic on the island this feature really matters. Getting groceries is a snap when it’s just a few feet from car to elevator to the unit instead of having to walk, shop and carry due to parking issues. Fifth, value. This is a great deal! We’ve stayed at inexpensive places and places that are several thousand a night. Price is relative. This unit is priced very reasonably. Hosts and their local team are super prompt with communication and offer helpful suggestions. We will rent it again!
