Great check in process and communication.Clean property and coffee bar is a nice touch The house could use a spruce up- broken blinds and paint all need work. Would recommend adding a table and additional chairs. The beach around Belmont was very polluted- we ended up driving to other beaches.

Very clean. Excellent host who responded immediately to our concerns. Great location. The apartment was underfurnished, I.E. there were no table/chairs suitable to eat meals at with one's legs under the eating surface. We borrowed a card table and chairs from local relatives to eat at. The only living room seating was one couch and the odd looking swing chair. Two small chairs would fit well on either side of the TV. No bedroom dressers. Blinds need replacing. Suitable for short stays with minimal waking time spent in the unit, but this does not not seem to be meant as a "home away from home". Suggestion to owner: Buy a folding card table and chair set and keep it in the garage for guests to set up if desired. The table we borrowed was a life saver, as it was impossible to comfortably eat at the narrow little counter on the high-boy stools.

Five stars for cleanliness, location, TV, coffee and comfortable bed. Zero stars for problems with wifi (initial connection), wifi password incorrect in the online manual - lower case NOT uppercase), heat (none), steam in bathroom (no vent/fan, had to open window but then no privacy), no power in bathroom (GFI didn't work), electrical outages (when I turned on the hair dryer in the bedroom, and heat fans-which barely worked), power box not properly marked, no on-site instruction manual, shower door broken, no table and chairs (high tops at counter so unable to fit legs under countertop), no lights for reading except at the bed, ALL window shades broken... You get the idea. Notice all of the other reviews which only mention loving the location - very little about the place itself. Owner offers a coffee gift card for good reviews.

The host was great. the location was perfect. the unit was nice, fairly clean. parking surprisingly was not an issue the whole time I was there. the only thing i would say that the unit needed was more pots and pans but that's it. I never saw a washer or dryer there? but i was told there is one on site. but overall it is a lovely location and unit to stay in. i would definitely recommend this place.

The location was absolutely perfect, the apartment was super cute and comfortable, plenty of space for all of us. Beds were really comfortable. I love the vintage style with the modern updates. Having access to beach chairs and wagon was really convenient. Being so near to 2nd street with all of the restaurants available was really nice. Love the beautiful neighborhood, quiet at night, neighbors were all friendly. We didn’t have to drive anywhere once we arrived. We will definitely stay here again when we visit our son at Long Beach state.

Loved everything about this place. Host was responsive and gave clear directions, the location is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Check-in was easy and the house is clean. Plenty of blankets and towels. The bed was so comfortable. We truly enjoyed everyrhibf about our stay.
