There was a huge ring of blood under the sheets. Absolutely disgusting. I’m surprised bc I stayed at a few sonesta’s and had no issue. They offered a discounted room still fighting this. I need a full refund for this craziness. They got my lady and 2 baby’s sleeping in old period blood.

This property was close to the airport and the shuttle was convenient. We arrived a little early and the room was not ready yet, however the front desk held our luggage for us so that we could go get some food. The room was nice and comfy. I do wish that the description for breakfast was that it is a paid service, not "provided." I feel that was misleading. Our AC unit was very loud. We did not mention it to the front desk, as I did not realize that it wasn't supposed to sound like that. Knowing what I know now, I would still stay. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

I’ve stayed here two years in a row now. I’m from LA and am used to coming every year basically, but I typically stay with relatives in Culver City and Downey. Two years I’ve been coming to this hotel with my best friends to be closer to the city, and I have 0 regrets about either stay. Highly recommend. I considered Sonesta LAX over this location this time around, but this location has more of a “home” feel to it. Highly recommend. Great staff, free shuttle, well Maintained rooms. Shower isn’t the greatest but it’s manageable.

This was the weirdest breakfast for a hotel close to the airport. It opened later than most and wasn’t self service but just one person was working. It was confusing what you could get or not get and took a bit which was hard because we were in a hurry. The front desk staff were not very friendly either. The room was comfy though and clean.

The receptionist checking us in was friendly and attentive, however there was a parking fee of $30/night that was not disclosed on the expedia app, prompting us to pay more than we expected. Had we known of this fee we would have booked elsewhere.
