Allow me to begin by discussing the hotel's advantageous location. While the remodeled rooms are satisfactory, there are evident areas that require further attention. During our stay in the Grand suite, we noticed mold on the ceiling in the second bedroom, an ant infestation in the restroom, and mold present as well. Additionally, the first room's television remote was not functioning properly. Also theres nothing on the website stating a. 10 dollar parking fee. The breakfast could've been better maybe implement fresh fruit and yogurt as well as almond milk. Im lactose intolerant. Stop guess from throwing cigarette butts in the area leaving from the garage up to the main entry area. The overnight person was very nonchalant when i tried addressing issues with the room.

The room and bathroom are spacious and clean . It would be better if hangers were provided in the room to hang up the clothes . Wonderful location as it is within walking distance to the Manhattan beach and has many dining options around . Breakfast could improve though . all in all the one night stay was satisfactory .

There was homeless people in the parking garage. The guy at the desk seemed as though we were an inconvenience, was rude about the fact we had a vehicle, the room was only half cleaned, there was police dealing with issues with other guests. No mention of breakfast.

This place is horrible. The bed was hard as a rock, the furniture should have been out on the curb 10 years ago. I was sort of clean, bit towels looked old and dingy. I had to use my hands. I couldn't wait to leave.

i stay at this hotel very often but they lack communication , I left a pair of $50 sweats in the room on the 11th. I called the very next day and was told the housekeepers were gone and no one could check. No one ever called me back. I called again today the 2nd and I was told you would “ask if anything was found,” but it’s clear no one has actually taken the time to look bc he didn’t even ask what kind of pants As a frequent guest, I expect better like actually verify with housekeeping, or an actual update. This is basic customer service, and the lack of follow-through is unacceptable.
