Basic room but clean. Fridge in the room and a community microwave in the hall. Parking is onsite but $10 each night, which was an unfortunate surprise upon arrival. Sort of questionable security. Some seedy looking people staying there, but they didn’t bother us. There were large gaps around the door and damage to the frame looked like the door had been forced open at one point.

It was horrible. They don't have hair dryers and they barely speak English. When I asked them for a hair dryer, they taught me where the drying machine was. They only explained it verbally and didn't actually come to find it with me. The service was really really terrible. They have no respect for customers. Also, the towels are very old. They are really disgusting.

The beds seemed clean. But the whole bathroom was filled with mold. I got sick the next day. The pictures are deceiving. Smh. This seemed more like a cheap motel. There was an outlet with no cover on with one of the rooms.

Allow me to begin by discussing the hotel's advantageous location. While the remodeled rooms are satisfactory, there are evident areas that require further attention. During our stay in the Grand suite, we noticed mold on the ceiling in the second bedroom, an ant infestation in the restroom, and mold present as well. Additionally, the first room's television remote was not functioning properly. Also theres nothing on the website stating a. 10 dollar parking fee. The breakfast could've been better maybe implement fresh fruit and yogurt as well as almond milk. Im lactose intolerant. Stop guess from throwing cigarette butts in the area leaving from the garage up to the main entry area. The overnight person was very nonchalant when i tried addressing issues with the room.
