Buyer beware room 140. The room appeared clean upon arrival but the bathroom was a nightmare. There was mold by the shower and when shower the entire floor of the bathroom turned into a pond. There was someone else's hair in the shower and the shower curtain was stiff and a bug came out of the wall where there was black mold. The door frame around the inside of the bathroom look like dog had chewed on it. I went to the front desk to talk to the manager and show the pictures I took. I said we wanted to check out due to the condition of the room. I told him the room needed to be clean and he told me that was not his job. He was rude and appeared angry. Pictures are worth a thousand words so please check them out.

The room was very neglected. Old carpet. Weird colored stains all throughout the walls. I almosted sensed there was a hidden camera in the smoke detector. I was checking for it when I saw a weird light and as soon as I got closer to it the light turned off. The room really looked old and outdated. Smelled like tenants brought theirs pets and the smell has been penetrated on the carpets.

The room we have today is pretty nice spacious and clean just didn't have a refrigerator so we switched and they gave us another room which was nice but not as nice as the last room we wanted to just take the fridge to the other room but we just left and went to the one that they gave us we just didn't have a fridge

The grounds were nice, but the room was sub-par compared to others in its price range. The heater did not work and blew cold air. It was a very cold night and when asked if they had a space heater, the night attendance was dismissive. The pillows were lumpy and felt more like pillowcases stuffed with blankets. The phone did not work either. I needed to use it when my phone died and it was not charging. Lastly, it was a very sparse room. No do not disturb sign, no coffee maker and other basic things you find and even small motels. The TV channel selection was terrible. There was no breakfast service of any kind. Not even coffee or tea. On the plus side, parking was very convenient and close to the room. There was a nice swimming pool and hot tub which were not usable in that weather but nice nevertheless. The lady at the reception desk was very nice and courteous.
