This was one of the most terrifying horrible experience that I’ve ever had. We found this hotel last minute and my husband wanted just to sleep and relax before heading back to Orange County because we worked in LA last night. The room was horrible. There was hair everywhere. The TV did not work. We both took a shower and we were just gonna go to sleep, but we both started itching really bad. It was so uncomfortable. I kept trying to just get to sleep, but we couldn’t. We heard people knocking on doors in the hallways, asking if they could come in and use the showers. There was so many transients. It didn’t feel safe. It didn’t full sanitary. I went downstairs and told them we were checking out as I was doing that. A woman was fighting with the front office as she was threatening people because they weren’t allowing them to open their doors it was horrible. I can’t describe how horrible this experience was literally we were not even there for two hours. To check out and just come home.
