Staff at the bar couldn't be bothered to take orders in the morning. Stopped at the bar 2x to get coffee. first time had to leave after waiting 15 min, 2nd time 1 hour later after waiting 5 min had to walk over to staff who has leaning diagonally against the wall chatting with other staff to order coffee. All the other staff were fantastic.

This was my 3rd stay at this hotel but my first time in the Executive room and it was great. Spacious. Beautiful free standing spa tub. Very comfy. My only complaint is street noise but that’s obviously out of the hotel’s control

The hotel staff was very accommodating. We much enjoyed our stay, and so did our dog. The pool was refreshing. We appreciated the opportunity to play ping pong and foosball. Our only concern is that guests were not allowed to play the baby grand piano in the hotel bar. In fact, nobody played it! It was just there for looks! Decorative! I think that if a hotel has a piano in lobby somebody should play it, guests included!
