Shares no neighbors with its own fenced in patio. House has laundry washer and dryer and a kitchen. Located right next to Venice Beach, Mar Vista, and Culver City. Easy to get to from LAX and get around LA. Brand new construction and beautifully designed.

We had a wonderful stay for my 30th birthday! The location was very convenient to downtown Venice and was walking distance from the restaurant we chose for dinner. This is a comfortable, well-priced studio apartment in Culver City, right on the border with Mar Vista. Great location. It is very private and quiet, on a lovely, quiet street. The host is extremely accommodating. The pictures are accurate. We recommend it.

Laid Back LA Spot for a Road Trip Break!

We stayed just one night, but this place was perfect, cozy, clean, and super private. Tucked away in a vibrant part of LA, yet still close to everything. The space was well-stocked and comfortable, with a great little patio to relax. The host was helpful, responsive, and respectful! Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

This was a great find! We are local to LA but needed some temporary housing for about 2 weeks. This place was perfect - very clean and efficient, and an awesome location within walking distance of a lot of great bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. The neighborhood is safe and clean, and we even met a few neighbors (and their dogs!) who were super friendly. The host went above and beyond and was super responsive. We would recommend this to friends or family who need a good place to stay.

Great Getaway Spot

Great Fall Break Experience

We enjoyed this home and the space. Very clean. Location was good for us and the plans we had. The manager of the property checked in occasionally during trip and made sure things were going well.
