Easy access to freeway, close to shopping. Was a bit disappointed in the breakfast, been to several Hampton's, and this was was rather bland. The room next to us had an adjoining door and the sounds from that room easily came into our room. I am a light sleeper, and this caused some discomfort in my ability to sleep. Love the security aspects of the hotel. Paid $5.00 for a bottle of water which I felt was way over priced. Shower door would not close, and the grab bar was loose. We do not plan to stay in this hotel again.

Be aware they charge a fee for parking 50 per night it is valet only so you need to tip also. You can find a nicer hotel and pay less. This hotel is also located next to bars so it will be loud at night time.

Wonderful, clean and comfortable in Hollywood/Vine

Service was wonderful, ladies at the front desk and hotel staff were kind and responsive. Hotel is kept clean and inviting even in a busy high traffic area such as Hollywood. They were kind enough to offer to hold my bags before check-in as there were no early check-in rooms ready. Check-in and check-out was easy, thank you for your warming hospitality.

The rooms were very nice and pretty spacious. They supplied in room shower gel and hair products which made it easier for a short trip. The room had a microwave and refrigerator, but there was no complimentary water already in the fridge. However, it was easy to go down to the first floor and purchase drinks and snacks. They offered a complimentary breakfast buffet which was super nice and included making your own waffles. The only issue I had was with the additional charges for valet parking. It was a bit of a hassle to have those extra charges on top of any required (because let's be real, you have to tip) tipping. Other than that, I would definitely book here again, just not with a vehicle because the location made it easy to just walk wherever you needed, and it was pretty safe even at night.

The neighborhood is safe and reasonably quiet. The room had at least 8 noticeably damaged, worn or stained areas. The cabinet holding the tv had a door barely holding onto it's hinges, the shower had a long section of the door that was broken, a chair was stained with some mystery rusty brown residue, etc. The price was reasonable. The staff were excellent and my overall good impression is largely due to their hard work. It was obvious that they're holding this property together at the splitting seams.
