The building is old . But the rooms were clean . Bathrooms were clean . It’s not a new construction building . There is no water fountain available for the guests to drink .there is no laundary facility either . Breakfast is amazing !

The staff were helpful and kind to us. They accommodated us when possible and gave reasonable explanations when unable. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast options. The surroundings were mostly quiet. We walked around the area and went to some of the nearby stores (we like walking). More stores were nearby driving. Our room was clean ( carpet had stains) but bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and surface areas were clean. Room smelled fresh. We enjoyed this location for our 5 day and six night stay.

I like the location, the staff and the convent of everything. I did not like the smell of the room. I kept running the air conditioner, and spraying around the vents. The room smelled like it was once a smoking room. I can tell the room was cleaned, the smell just lingered.

The location is great but the paying for the parking separately is not practical. After all I think if you are staying at a property for more than 8 days it should be complimentary in the package.

Great stay

Our stay was short, but we truly loved our stay. The room was clean, and very spacious for a family of 5. The staff was courteous and very friendly. The surrounding neighborhood was great and we were under 10ins away from the beach. We would definitely stay here again. Couldn't recommend enough.

STAY AWAY! This is NOT Hyatt! Rude manager, room smelled of smoke, disgusting room, bugs in bathroom sink, carpet was heavily stained/soiled, ripped. Furniture also old, dirty, and damaged. Kitchen did not have basic tools...
