Amazing! What went well? I was very pleased with my stay at Forty First Place Boutique Hotel in Los Angeles. We enjoyed the deluxe room with a balcony-it was extremely clean and immaculate. Housekeeping consistently showed great care and attention to cleanliness, with fresh sheets and a very welcoming atmosphere. Overall, great vibes and a comfortable stay. Your building manager is much much more than the title implies. The service from Mike and Cassandra went way above and beyond what people would expect more like a personal concierge the room was exceptional, clean neat and tidy. No staff on site Sheets had cigarette holes burned in - seriously wondered if they had been laundered - smelled bad Noisy - neighbors knocking on doors at 12:00pm to move cars- then loud honking for 15 min. Neighbor has several dogs that barked constantly -Smoke alarm went off continuously every 2 min after midnight - texted staff no response for like 10 min Do yourself a favor pay a little more - stay somewhere else !
