I come to LA for business a few time a month. I LOVE staying at this location because I feel at home when I stay. I feel like this because of the Clean rooms, the Restraunt is nice , love the Gym & Yoga Classes but most of all the Staff. I appreciate the staff at the front desk, but I have to give FELIX a 5Star rating. Not only does he help me fully when I stay there but he remembers all of the things I like (the style & location of the room I like etc…..) when I show up , so I do not have to explain anything when I arrive, he also , always greets me with a big smile and says my name, as if he is truly happy to see me. It makes me not book at the other hotel that I use to stay at before staying at this location a few years back. Thank you FELIX and staff for making me feel at home anytime I visit. PS. I love that you offer NETFLIX as well. 😁

Conveniently located close to Beverly Hills and Hollywood. Pleasant staff, clean facilities, calm and nice inside room. Only thing is the mattress on the sofa bed is thin though and was not comfortable for the kids.
