"When I first checked in and went to the room I was assigned, it was not the room I booked. I booked a room with a king bed and a pullout sofa bed. I wanted a spacious room plus a large enough bed to be able to toss and turn without pushing my boyfriend off the bed, so it had to be a king bed. The room I was given was a standard room with a queen bed. I went back to the hotel associate and explained this wasn't what I booked and definitely not what I paided for (I prepaid, the king bed w/sofa room was significantly more than a standard queen). I told him, don't care if it has the sofa bed or not but it has to be a king bed. Without issues he was able to switch my room to an even more spacious room. Bed was super comfortable, place was extremely clean and staff was friendly. "

The room featured an interesting optical illusion which made the jacuzzi thing a sweet surprise from my future husband. We have a thing about jacuzzi tubs. It was sweet remainder of his memory about things that matter. "
