I have stayed at this property before, and when I returned home, I booked it again for the third time. The staff is extremely helpful, the location is fantastic, and my studio apartment has everything I need with it’s kitchenette facilities.

Cute rooms in a nice neighborhood with pubs and access to groceries. For tourists, I cannot overstate how nice it is to be close to the Earl's Court transport station because it made getting anywhere we wanted in the city via tube super easy. Also it is within easy walking distance of major attractions like th Natural History Museum. We would for sure stay here again next time we are in London.

Lovely spot, would return again.

The hotel is very nice, with a terrific location. Fairly quiet, in a residential area, but close to a commercial street and the Earls Court tube station. The staff are very good - courteous, friendly, efficient. My only misgivings, which we overcame, was the lack on information on how to use the shower and the coffee maker.

Such a nice place in a very typical neighborhood in London. It’s outside all the hustle and bustle, but close to Earl Court Underground District ine, which is very convenient to all the main attractions. Would definitely come back.

Nice area, short walk to Earl’s Court tube station, which is good as you’ll likely be taking the tube to get to other areas around central London (or some of the nearby, handy bus routes). So be prepared to walk to wherever you want to get to. Very small rooms (London stereotype) but clean and comfortable (cozy). I think, however, if you have a double room, the bed should allow either person to get out on your side of the bed. So if spaciousness is key, upgrade rooms. The staff - excellent! From the welcome to coming back from the day, to checkout.
