Quiet Hotel in a Perfect Location - Great Staff

We had a lovely stay at the Resident Kensington. It is situated on a quiet street yet only a block and a half from the Earl's Court tube stop which has both the District and the Piccadilly lines. The road Earl's Court is bustling with restaurants, pubs, and shops. So, the hotel is in a great location. The staff is very helpful with suggestions and anything we needed. The room was cozy but well-appointed with a comfortable bed and ours had a sweet balcony. There is also a lift and air conditioning. We would definitely return to Resident Kensington.

Property has great staff, hotel Is in good shape. Room was smaller than I anticipated but we were happy with our five night stay. The cocktail hour at 6pm every night was a treat and opportunity to meet/chat with others.

Staff nice snd place is clean. there are little to no amenities. the breakfast and eating area is beside the front desk so its busy and irritating to sit snd have a simple coffee. rooms were v small. i was put in the basement then moved to room at the top with a view of a brick wall and drain pioe. despite booking 3 months ago. otherwise comfortable but for maybe a night tops. expensive for what it is trying to be.

Our stay was perfect. The room on the top floor was clean and spacious for the three of us. Bathroom was solid. Really appreciate the Nespresso coffee, kitchenware, and nicely toiletries. The staff had great recommendations for restaurants and the area is beautiful and close to the tube.

The hotel was in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful the evening wine was a nice and unexpected touch. The rooms were small but tidy and had a nice kitchenette. The bathroom was very small and the shower was tiny.

The hotel building and rooms are not even close to 4 star hotel. The beds squeaks, the bathroom is tiny and very old. I can hear guests in rooms above and next to my room as well as their squeezing beds. I was on the first floor, I can hear cars and pedestrians all day long. It was a terrible 4 days stay! I could not sleep! The only positive thing about that place was the staff. They were helpful and friendly.

Room very small I asked for a king sized room and it was tiny, bathrooms, the shower very dirty, pillows uncomfortable. A moldy smell. Definitely not a 4 star hotel, are is great, staff friendly but totally wrongly advertised! And overcharged after I left a day early.

The Resident Kensington is well located, close to the Underground, and a lovely hotel. Ayush and his team were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Check in was a breeze and the facilities had everything we needed. The Kensington area is very nice, and The Resident is close to many restaurants. We'll definitely stay at The Resident for future London visits.
