Great place to stay!

This hotel was the perfect location for us. The beds and pillows were super comfy. We loved the ice and filtered water stations on the floor, with reusable bottles. We would definitely stay here again!

True to its name - Grand in every way. Perfect location in the heart of London with extremely friendly and courteous staff that went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Had opted for a twin room which was very spacious and clean with cozy beds. Much needed air conditioning worked fine in the middle of the heat wave in London. Will certainly consider returning back to this hotel during further trip to London and very highly recommend to any traveler visiting London.

Had a great stay at the Grand. Absolutely fantastic location at Trafalgar Square.Convenient to all major tourist sites in central London! Room decor was a little dated but very clean. Staff was great. The chilled water dispenser with free refillable bottles on each floor was very convenient.

Check in was easy and the staff was friendly. They held our bags for us while the room was being prepared so we could go out and enjoy the town. The room air conditioning did not blow as cool as we would have liked, making the room a little stuffy in summer. Would have preferred to have the room made up every day but that was not offered. We felt the price of breakfast was too spendy, so we just ate at local restaurants close by. It was a very walkable area and close to the underground which made getting around easy.

Look elsewhere. My worst hotel stay ever.

This was my worst hotel stay ever. Room was outdated, run down. Smelly, scratched furniture and walks. A/C wasn't working. Hot and high humidity, moldy. The hallways were more comfortable than my room. Staff was unresponsive and unaccommodating.

Nice location but....

The hotel has an excellent location, it closes to everything. The hotel rooms were old and needed renovation. our room was facing to a busy street and the windows were stuck in the frame that we could not close it completely. And there was a bad smell in the room when first walked in. We booked two rooms for the same price of each for 4 nights but one with refrigerator and one without. When I asked to change the room to one with a refrigerator they said the hotel was full, they brought a mini refrigerator to the room twice, both had problems. The bed was bad for a couple to sleep on, it is the kind that it bounces when one person turns over. It was not a comfortable stay for us.
