Overnight Theatre trip stay.

The hotel is very well located to the theatres and other tourist attractions. Friendly, efficient staff and a nice bar to relax in. Room looked out over the square which is great for people watching. The only negative really is the temperature of the room was hard to keep warm. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel, great location

Quick overnight break. Hotel was lovely, nice big room, very comfortable. Close to tube station, bars, restaurants and Leicester Square Odeon. Pity the bar was emty in the evening, but plenty of places nearby for a nightcap.

Amazing staff

We arrived Friday evening, hotel buzzing at one of the busiest places in London. Problems with the reservation, no problem, they would fix it, and gave us a free drink while they sorted out the issue.

Staff is fantastic. They let me check in early after an overseas flight. Location is perfect for theatre and walking kits about anywhere. Rooms are small. Supposedly I was supposed to get a room upgrade but maybe the early check in replaced that. I’ll be back.

The property is in a great location and the staff are brilliant. I think the property itself needs a bit of a facelift, though. It is all a little dated. My room had obvious signs of previous water damage in the bedroom on the walls and curtains but nothing had been done to repair the decor to hide it once it had been fixed. Similarly, the bathroom fittings were dated, rusted, and had been repaired so many times that it just didn't feel as clean as it should. I cannot fault the staff - and breakfast is great too.

Hit and miss in Leicester Sq

Wasnt bad, but nothing particularly special. Breakfast isnt great. We had booked and prepaid Bed and Breakfast only to find that only 1 breakfast was included and we would have to pay for the other at a charge of £32, which was excessive given the quality. Most days we went somewhere else and got a better quality breakfast for 2 for around £30. To be fair thats probably the main negative. Room was ok, aircon/heating is non existent. We melted the first might with the room way too hot. Opened a window the second night and it was cold. Its 2025 and a premium hotel, being able to set the temperature should be a given. The hotel did deliver firm pillows when asked, so that was good.

Radisson Blue Leicester Square

The Radisson Blu is in an excellent location our room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Obviously the building is old and could do with some modernization especially the bathroom. A walk in shower would be more convenient and better than having a bath in such a small room. The elevators could do with improvement too. Nevertheless we did enjoy our stay and the convenience of the locatoon. We would stay there again

It was located in a convient location, but it was difficult to sleep at night I stayed on the 1st floor and i could hear everything from outside.It was so loud at night outside of the street.
