So much to say ! The staff was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The room was clean. It was close to the the London Victoria Coach station ( 12 minute walk), there’s Preto Brazilian Steakhouse (7 minute walk ), the hotel had a great bar.

We booked on the day and stayed in a family room on lower basement floor. It was basic but shower was great. Good space but felt a bit dated. Some great local pubs and food/coffee places and an easy walk to Victoria. Good base if you need to travel from the station. Staff were great, and they kept our luggage safe for our final day. Only downside to lower basement floor is the footfall noise from the bar and reception area goes on quite late... Our room was below so quite noisy.

Beds were hard, shower did not have hot water, smell in room, not enough pillows, small room, window was facing another window and that person had the lights on 24/7 and there was not a shade to pull, one useable outlet. If yo are looking for a place to only sleep this is for you. You do not have any room to move around it is very small for 2 people who have multiple luggage’s. It was very uncomfortable the set up to find your rooms is inconvenient. Our first night they told us our room was not available so they “upgraded us to a bigger room” which was still very small and then the next day they had to move our belongings since we were there for 4 nights. Trying to shower in the bathroom it was smaller than a cruise ship shower. The staff is very nice. Breakfast is very limited but included. There are not many bars/ restaurants near by but the Italian restaurant next door is delicious.

La publicidad te muestra una habitación con ventana y cuando recibimos la habitación era un cuarto en el sotano, con una ventana dando a la pared de otro edificio, fue decepcionante. La habitación estaba bien para una sola persona, sin embargo es más pequeña de lo que uno puede percibir en las fotos de promoción. Los recepcionistas eran amables y siempre intentaban ayudar. El personal que trabaja en el desayuno es algo grosero, sobre todo una señora mayor extranjera quien tenia malos modales e intentaba imponer sus decisiones a los huespedes. Se molestó porque pedí que por favor calentaran las tostadas las cuales estaban frías. El desayuno es EXTREMEDAMENTE BÁSICO para el precio del hotel no coincide. No cuentan con cecinas ni con quesos. Al menos la habitación era cómoda pero al baño le faltaba mucha limpieza. Buena ubicación.

Good Location

Proximity to Victoria Station is very convenient. Very friendly, helpful front desk. Room was larger than most single rooms I've had in the city. It was right by the elevator and so I could hear noisy people coming/going late at night. Breakfast was limited but otherwise just fine. All I did was sleep there so it was definitely fine for that.
